A Bit About Me

Travis Majick has spent two decades closing transactions across residential, multifamily, commercial, and investment real estate  in markets where the data is dense, the competition is real, and the decisions matter.

That background shapes how he works. Every transaction gets the same treatment: a clear look at the numbers, an honest assessment of the risks, and advice built around what the client is actually trying to accomplish. Now based in Mount Shasta, he brings that same analytical approach to buyers, sellers, and investors across Siskiyou County

Travis moved to Mount Shasta because of the kind of life it makes possible,  one built around mindfulness, nature, and genuine community. His daughter attends RAD Camp at the Regenerative Arts Discovery & Learning Center, a Mount Shasta nonprofit that connects kids to the land through gardening, art, and creative learning. He's a donor and a believer in what they're building.

That same orientation — toward clarity, intention, and long-term thinking, shapes how he works with clients.
