Travis Majick has spent two decades closing transactions across residential, multifamily, commercial, and investment real estate  in markets where the data is dense, the competition is real, and the decisions matter.

Every transaction gets the same treatment: a clear look at the numbers, an honest assessment of the risks, and advice built around what the client is actually trying to accomplish. Now based in Mount Shasta, he brings that same analytical approach to buyers, sellers, and investors across Siskiyou County

Travis moved to Mount Shasta because of the kind of life it makes possible,  one built around mindfulness, nature, and genuine community. Travis is a proud dad to his daughter and an Army Veteran.
