Scott joined Jefferson State Realty in 2024 and quickly established himself as a top-performing agent. In his first year, he served 24 clients and achieved $5.7 million in sales volume, ranking 18th out of 127 Realtors in the Siskiyou County MLS. In 2025, his career accelerated even further, finishing the year in the top spot for most real estate sales with 44 successful transactions. To date, Scott has closed more than $10 million in sales and helped over 75 clients achieve their real estate goals.

A lifelong golfer, Scott grew up learning both life and business lessons on the golf course. His competitive spirit has taken him to more than 150 golf courses throughout California, competing in numerous tournaments along the way.
